Position: Performance Marketing Specialist Experience: Minimum of 3 years

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us develop and support digital transformation strategies. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing performance marketing campaigns for diverse objectives of business. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in advertising management skills.
In this results-oriented role, you will be the mastermind behind our online advertising efforts, developing and executing data-driven performance marketing campaigns across various channels to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and achieve specific business objectives. Leveraging your expertise in campaign management, data analysis, and channel strategy, you'll ensure our marketing spend delivers a strong return on investment (ROI).
The candidate will be working out of our Coimbatore office.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development & Management:
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to understand target audiences and identify potential campaign opportunities that align with the business's unique offerings.
  • Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing campaigns across the digital landscape - Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Display Advertising, and potentially others depending on the company's needs.
  • Manage campaign budgets meticulously, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization based on key performance indicators (KPIs) like cost-per-lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Setting up and optimizing Google Analytics goals and tracking/conversion pixels
  • Collaborate with the team to develop compelling ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign assets that resonate with the target audience and drive conversions.
Data Analysis & Optimization:
  • Utilize website analytics tools and other platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor campaign performance in real-time, analyzing data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and actionable insights for campaign optimization.
  • Regularly generate comprehensive reports that clearly communicate campaign performance metrics, key insights, and data-driven optimization recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and advancements in performance marketing technologies, utilizing this knowledge to continuously improve campaign strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine different campaign elements and ensure continuous performance improvement.
Communication & Collaboration:
  • Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and achieve marketing goals.
  • Clearly present findings and recommendations to stakeholders with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements Non-negotiables:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience with campaign management platforms for SEM, social media advertising, and/or display advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Excellent understanding of marketing attribution models and their application in campaign analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets effectively and optimize spend based on performance data.
  • A passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
