Grow Your Staff is looking for a Business Development Representative - Events for a UK-based global event company. The position is a full-time remote position. The role offers excellent growth opportunities and a chance to work directly with global teams.Experience required: 1-2 years CTC: 4-6 LPA + Commissions Location: Remote Time: 1 PM to 10 PM (Monday - Friday)Type of employment- Full-time ResponsibilitiesEngaging directly with senior executives across industries to invite them to attend high-value, insight-driven business eventsBuilding authentic and professional relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers across multiple sectorsEffectively articulating the value proposition of each event, clearly answering the “What’s In It For Me?” for potential attendeesManaging attendee pipelines across multiple campaigns to ensure consistent conversions and outreach effectivenessHandling objections and rejections with confidence, persistence, and a results-oriented approachCollaborating closely with campaign managers, event producers, and strategic partners to align outreach with event goalsTracking campaign progress, maintaining accurate data, and optimizing outreach strategies based on feedback and performance insightsSupporting the delivery of exceptional event experiences by ensuring the right audience mix and engagement qualityDriving consistent conversions through persuasive communication and follow-ups across channels such as LinkedIn, email, and phoneQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldStrong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English (additional EU or GCC languages are a plus)Confidence and professionalism when interacting with senior executives and decision-makers1–2 years of experience in B2B, lead generation, client engagement, or business development roles preferredHigh resilience and persistence, with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environmentAbility to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver measurable outcomesA strong sense of curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn from every interactionOutcome-driven mindset with a passion for people and relationship-building
