Company Profile:We are hiring for a multi-national company providing IT services. It provides software and consultancy services in different industries like Finance, Education, Insurance, Retail, Energy, Life Science, and Healthcare.

Location: Pune /Hyderabad /Mumbai /Chennai

Experience Range: 13-18 years

Desired Competencies: Must Have

  1. 13+ years of experience in manufacturing / plant operations (across any of the
  2. industries Pharma, Hi-Tech, TTH, Retail, Energy and Utilities) as a business
  3. consultant
  4. Functional experience in one or more of plant operations, manufacturing/shop floor execution, supply chain, procurement, warehouse management and related processes with emphasis on digital and intelligent technologies.
  5. Implementation experience of manufacturing operation projects.
  6. Experience working with business teams to engage in strategic, growth and transformational topics.
  7. Must have deep understanding of IoT / Industry 4.0 / plant solutions.
  8. Must have worked/ or have a good understanding of areas such as Supply chain, Quality, EHS.
  9. Worked across industries & partner products.
  10. Prior experience in engaging with CX level
  11. Good understanding of key digital technologies, like IoT, AI/ML, AR-VR etc.
  12. A good understanding of technology trends, market forces and industry imperatives


Good-to-Have

  1. Hands on work experience in the industry
  2. Result-focused and able to work under tight deadlines.
  3. Entrepreneurial and is comfortable working in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  4. Experience in working with distributed teams are highly desired.
  5. Fluent in English and are a confident communicator


Role descriptions

  1. Execute digital consulting strategies for IoT & Digital Engineering operations in the named industry.
  2. Nurture and maintain a “best in class” positioning of the advisory unit by developing contemporary assets and frameworks and deploying skills in the context of the customer
  3. Deep understanding of the latest technology trends and leading products for plant services and solutions
  4. Develop thought leadership assets, articulate / envision the Future Factory
  5. Actively participate in leading industry events and forums and be recognized as a thought leader.
  6. Work closely with sales/ presales teams to lead client connects for consulting proposals and strategic large-scale transformation programs.
  7. Ensure execution excellence of all advisory engagements by leveraging best practices/ assets across projects/ programs.
  8. Drive growth through advisory engagements and downstream engagements.
