Job title: Customer onboarding and support executive/Customer Success associate.We are looking for an onboarding and support specialist who will be responsible for onboard trains and support customers for SalesPanda.Roles and ResponsibilitiesWalk through and train clients in software platform and provide education for all product features and process.Develop a deep knowledge of our support bundle and other solutionsPartner with our customers to effectively resolve issues through phone live chat and emails Help customer to navigate through the application/toolDiagnose software issues and engage with our product and engineering team using established processProvide support our customer base to help them make most of our support suiteCommunicate thoughtful, personalized solutions to help customers to move forward and our businessCollaborate with our internal team and account ownersIdentify new opportunities of our existing customers to make the most of our platforms and avoid roadblocksShow composure, zeal and flexibility to tackle case volumes and upcoming questions.Required Skills and ExperienceOrganized, detail oriented, ability to work independently and with the team Excellent verbal and written communication skills 6 months-1 year experience preferably for software application.
