Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying, engaging, and converting manufacturing companies into Zubcon customers. This role is perfect for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a startup environment and is passionate about transforming how manufacturers manage their inventory operations. Key Responsibilitiesi. Lead Generation & ProspectingIdentify and research potential manufacturing clients across various industries (automotive, tractors, EV, etc.)Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through cold outreach, networking, and referralsLeverage digital tools and platforms to generate leads and track prospect engagement ii. Sales & Relationship ManagementConduct product demonstrations showcasing Zubcon's distributed inventory management capabilitiesUnderstand manufacturing pain points related to inventory visibility, production planning, and supply chain managementPresent tailored solutions that address specific client challenges and business objectivesNegotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining healthy profit margins iii. Market Intelligence & StrategyStay updated on manufacturing industry trends, challenges, and competitive landscapeGather market feedback to inform product development and positioning strategiesCollaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and sales materials iv.
