Role Overview:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting potential clients to PropChk’s services. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our market presence and driving revenue growth by fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Conversion:
  • Identify new sales opportunities by networking, cold calling, attending events, and other lead generation activities.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of PropChk services to potential clients.
  • Follow up with prospects through various communication channels to nurture and convert leads.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Regularly engage with customers to provide updates on PropChk services, address concerns, and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze market data to identify potential business opportunities and areas for improvement in sales strategy.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Work towards and achieve sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
  • Track progress, update sales forecasts, and provide regular sales reports and metrics to management.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams:
  • Collaborate with the customer success and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery for clients.
  • Relay client feedback to internal teams for service improvement.
  • Product Knowledge & Representation:
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of PropChk services, including Multi-Stage Quality Inspections (MSQI) and other offerings.
  • Represent the brand professionally at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the real estate, construction, or property services sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to take initiative.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
