Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development & Lead Generation Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, lead generation, and sales within the technology sector, particularly in data management solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and establish long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

·       Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the data management space.

·       Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.

·       Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Lead Generation: 

·       Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to drive pipeline growth.

·       Utilize various channels (digital marketing, social media, events, etc.) to generate high-quality leads.

·       Manage and optimize lead nurturing campaigns to convert leads into sales opportunities.

·       Track and analyze lead generation metrics to improve conversion rates and overall effectiveness.

Sales & Negotiation:

·       Lead sales negotiations and close deals with key clients.

·       Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

·       Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing and implementation.

Market Research & Analysis:

·       Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

·       Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.

·       Stay updated on the latest developments in data management solutions and related technologies.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

·       Lead and mentor a team of business development and lead generation professionals.

·       Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and continuous learning.

·       Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.

Qualifications:

·       Experience: 8-15 years of experience in business development, lead generation, and sales within the technology industry, preferably in data management solutions.

·       Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

 

Skills:

·       Pref  understanding of data management, MDM, Data Governance, and Data Quality.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·       Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.

·       Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools. 

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Education:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
