Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in the haircare industry. This role is pivotal in driving strategic growth, managing sales initiatives, and achieving revenue targets within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the haircare market, strong strategic acumen, and a proven track record in sales management.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to penetrate and expand within the haircare industry.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive strategic initiatives.

Sales Management

Develop sales forecasts and budgets, monitoring performance against targets.


Revenue Generation

  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, partnerships, and client relationships.
  • Negotiate and close key deals with distributors, retailers, and strategic partners.


Market Expansion

  • Explore new market opportunities and develop entry strategies to maximize market penetration.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute effective promotional campaigns and brand positioning.

Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and industry influencers.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services.


Performance Analysis

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on business development activities, progress, and achievements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the haircare industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Results-driven with a focus on delivering exceptional sales performance and exceeding targets.
