The Company is renowned for providing cutting-edge education and setting the standards for quality, purity, and transparency of Practitioner-Only therapeutic nutritional supplements.


We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Business Development Manager to take charge of expanding our distribution in India. As our Senior BDM, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by identifying and establishing partnerships with practitioners, wholesalers, and distributors to ensure the efficient distribution of our products. Additionally, the Senior BDM will play a pivotal role in formulating new product launch strategies and building a network of practitioners ( mainly Dieticians, Nutritionist and Functional Medicine Practitioners ) across the major cities of India. Experience in the nutritional or nutraceutical industry is a must.


Roles & Responsibilities


  • You will be responsible to manage brand strategy and regular engagement with practitioners, key practitioner associations, Key Opinion Leaders
  • You will be responsible to develop detailed implementation plans for strategy initiatives based on provided guidelines, gather and analyse results and feedback from the market, guided by insights from dietitians and doctors, ensuring effective execution of new initiatives within specific clinics and areas.
  • Drive optimisation of supply chain for all distributors and customers
  • Support and manage all distribution activities, including regulatory, registration of product and supporting consultants to clear customs.
  • Organising and managing practitioner education initiatives, trade show exhibitions and ongoing bespoke events
  • Launching new products and establishing new distribution areas
  • Recruiting and managing clinical support and sales staff who are trained practitioners, able to offer peer-to-peer support
  • Responsible for monitoring and meeting sales targets
  • You will be responsible to collect and maintain comprehensive data from relevant integrative and functional medicine practitioners. Monitor and map the availability of practitioners in the territory and provide necessary support and updates to practitioners and their clinic managers.
