Overview:The CustomerSales Executive Outbound plays a crucial role in driving theoutbound sales operations for the organization. This position isresponsible for generating leads engaging with potential customersand closing sales deals to contribute to the companys revenuegrowth and market expansion. The Customer Sales Executive Outboundis a key player in the sales team working closely with the salesmanager and other team members to meet and exceed salestargets.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Initiate andmaintain outbound sales calls to potentialcustomers
  • Identify and qualify leads throughcold calling and other proactive salesactivities
  • Present products or services topotential customers
  • Negotiate and close salesdeals
  • Meet or exceed sales targets andperformance metrics
  • Build and maintain a strongpipeline of potential customers
  • Provideexceptional customer service and support to potential and existingcustomers
  • Collaborate with the sales team toeffectively achieve organizational goals
  • Adhereto sales processes and procedures
  • Utilize CRMsoftware to manage customer interactions and salesprocess
  • Stay updated with product knowledge andsales techniques
  • Report on sales activities andoutcomes to the sales manager
  • Participate insales training and developmentprograms
  • Contribute to the continuousimprovement of sales strategies andtactics

RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Marketing or a related field
  • Provenexperience in outbound sales ortelemarketing
  • Demonstrated success in meetingand exceeding sales targets
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
  • Strongnegotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability towork effectively in a fastpaced targetdrivenenvironment
  • Proficiency in using CRM softwareand MS Office
  • Strong problemsolving anddecisionmaking skills
  • Customercentric mindsetwith a focus on delivering exceptionalservice
  • Ability to adapt to evolving salesprocesses and techniques
  • Willingness tocontinuously learn and improve salesskills
  • High level of resilience and persistencein sales activities
