We are looking for a Tenant AcquisitionRelationship Manager for Indias Leading Bank this role is a TARelationship Manager to service assignment region/demographicspanning a manpower base of approximately 1000 people. Incumbent tothis role is required to service all hiring requirements of BranchBanking & Retail Liabilities businesses and theironboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide best available talent to businesseswithin budgets and stipulated timelines.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidaterelationships during the selection process
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting andselection tools/methods to filter candidates withinschedule
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledgeskills soft skills experience and aptitudes
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reportsto the business heads and other stakeholders on a regularbasis
  • To partner with manpower consultants tomap the market for talent and ensuring prompt and quality serviceto business.
  • To tap nonconventional sources ofhiring maintaining the right sourcing mix.
  • Ensuring quality of hire and adherence to internalcompliances & process
  • PreEngagement androbust Onboarding of the candidates.
  • Monitorand apply HR recruiting best practices. Would also be involved instrategic projects depending upon requirement
  • Promote companys reputation as best place towork.

Qualification andExperience:

  • MBA withspecialisation in HR with min 5 years of work experience
  • Prior exposure of Talent Acquisition role is preferablefrom Service Industry.
  • Needs to have excellentrelationship skills
  • Should possess goodinfluential skills and know how to get a job done
  • Should be comfortable managing huge volumes of data andable to analyze information out of the same
  • Should be comfortable managing logistical and operationalchallenges involved in recruitment and onboarding
  • Clarity of thought and ability to simplify complexprocesses is an absolute must
  • Familiarity withHR databases Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) ORC
