Job Summary:

The Talent AcquisitionManager will be responsible for developing and implementingeffective recruitment strategies to meet the organizations staffingneeds. This role involves managing the endtoend recruitment processbuilding strong relationships with hiring managers and ensuring apositive candidate experience. The successful candidate will have aproven track record in recruiting for various roles a deepunderstanding of talent acquisition best practices and excellentcommunication skills.

KeyResponsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Strategy:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitmentstrategies aligned with the organizations businessobjectives.
    • Stay informed about industrytrends competitor practices and emerging recruitmenttechnologies.
  2. Fullcycle Recruitment:

    • Manage the endtoend recruitment processincluding job posting sourcing screening interviewing and offernegotiation.
    • Collaborate with hiring managersto understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptionsaccordingly.
  3. Candidate Experience:

    • Ensure a positive and seamless candidateexperience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Act as a brand ambassador promoting the companys valuesand culture to prospective candidates.
  4. TalentPipeline:

    • Build andmaintain a talent pipeline for critical roles proactively sourcingand engaging with potential candidates.
    • Utilize various recruitment channels including socialmedia job boards and professional networks.
  5. Data andAnalytics:

    • Utilizerecruitment analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitmentstrategies and identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on key recruitmentmetrics.
  6. Collaboration:

    • Foster strong relationships with hiring managers anddepartment heads to understand their unique hiring needs andchallenges.
    • Collaborate with HR partners toensure seamless onboarding and integration of new hires.
  7. Compliance:

    • Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulationsto ensure compliance in the recruitment process.
    • Implement and enforce fair and consistent recruitmentpractices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources BusinessAdministration or related field.
  • years ofproven experience in talent acquisition with a focus on fullcyclerecruitment.
  • Strong understanding ofrecruitment best practices industry trends and employmentlaws.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Ability to managemultiple priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) andother recruitment tools.
  • Certification inHuman Resources (e.g. PHR SHRMCP) is a plus.
