Job description
Job Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts
to attract and place top talent with our clients and inhouse hiring. This role involves
developing targeted recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process,
handling a team of recruiters, and ensuring a high level of client and candidate satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with client hiring managers to understand specific talent needs.
Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to meet client
requirements.
Source high-caliber candidates through various channels, including job boards,
social media, employee referrals.
Ensure candidates meet the specific requirements and culture fit for client
organizations.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer
negotiation and onboarding.
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring
journey.
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and
support to achieve team goals.
Monitor team performance and implement strategies for continuous
improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Conduct pre-boarding activities and manage a smooth onboarding experience
for new hires.
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field, preferably within a recruitment firm.
Proven success in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent.
Experience in leading and managing a team of recruiters.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
A proactive and data-driven approach to talent acquisition.
Passion for building relationships and fostering a positive candidate experience.
