VP - Global Client Partner (Female) (Hyderabad)

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:

Strategic:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and value enhancement in client offerings.
  • Collaborate with clients on strategic initiatives and co-create solutions.
  • Work with account engagement leaders, delivery leaders, and key client points of contact (POCs) to understand next fiscal year's scope.
  • Provide insights and annual strategic focus on all accounts to the Global CEO.
  • Collaborate with the Global CEO in formalizing region-specific annual strategy.
  • Ensure progress on annual goals for each account and report to the Global CEO.

Client Engagement:

  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with key clients.
  • Identify avenues for revenue maximization through upselling, cross-selling, and service expansion.
  • Engage with client teams during offshore visits in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Proactively address client concerns to ensure high satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate client engagements and differentiate the company.

RFPs Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Collaborate closely with teams to develop comprehensive RFP responses.
  • Ensure alignment and coherence in proposal content.
  • Utilize collective expertise to craft compelling and competitive proposals.
  • Maintain transparent communication channels to meet deadlines and deliver quality submissions.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Review account performance metrics with delivery and finance teams regularly.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients and management.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of industry landscape, market trends, and client requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute account plans.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Conceptual understanding of modern enterprise technology.
  • Proven experience in managing large client relationships at the global CXO level.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science; MBA preferred.

·       Over all 20 years exp of IT Services sector experience, initial exposure to delivery and last 8+ years in global client engagement (primarily US).
