VP GlobalClient Partner(Hyderabad)

MAJORRESPONSIBILITES:

Strategic:

Stayupdated on industry trends competition and emergingtechnologies.

Identifyopportunities for innovation and value enhancement in clientofferings.

Collaboratewith clients on strategic initiatives and cocreatesolutions.

Workwith account engagement leaders delivery leaders and key clientpoints of contact (POCs) to understand next fiscal yearsscope.

Provideinsights and annual strategic focus on all accounts to the GlobalCEO.

Collaboratewith the Global CEO in formalizing regionspecific annualstrategy.

Ensureprogress on annual goals for each account and report to the GlobalCEO.

ClientEngagement:

Fosterand maintain robust relationships with keyclients.

Identifyavenues for revenue maximization through upselling crossselling andserviceexpansion.

Engagewith client teams during offshore visits in collaboration withstakeholders.

Proactivelyaddress client concerns to ensure high satisfaction and longtermretention.

Driveinnovation and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate clientengagements and differentiate thecompany.

RFPsCollaboration andCoordination:

Collaborateclosely with teams to develop comprehensive RFPresponses.

Ensurealignment and coherence in proposalcontent.

Utilizecollective expertise to craft compelling and competitiveproposals.

Maintaintransparent communication channels to meet deadlines and deliverqualitysubmissions.

PerformanceMonitoring andReporting:

Reviewaccount performance metrics with delivery and finance teamsregularly.

Analyzedata and trends to identify optimizationopportunities.

Prepareregular reports and presentations for clients andmanagement.

JobRequirements:

QUALIFICATIONSANDEXPERIENCE

Bachelors degree in computer science; MBApreferred.

Over all 20years exp of IT Services sector experience initial exposure todelivery and last 8 years in global client engagement (primarilyUS).

Experience in C#, ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC Expert in Typescript / JavaScript and experience with Angular 8/1 Expert in Web API Full stackdesign and development experience Excellent knowledge with DBlayers connecting (ADO.Net, Entity Framework) to SQL Server andStored Procedures Experience in Event driven design andimplementation, MSMQ Knowledge in Python and excellenttroubleshooting and debugging skills Preferred knowledge insoftware design, design patterns Preferred knowledge with WindowsWorkflow Foundation Preferred knowledge in migrating applicationsfrom older platforms to newer ones Preferred knowledge onaddressing issues with Cyber Security scans Front-End Technologies:HTML, CSS, BOOTSTRAP, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, JSON, XMLBack-End Technologies: C#, ASP.NET, PHP, Python, MicrosoftSharePoint Scripting: Windows Schedulers, PowerShell Database:Microsoft SQL Server
