**The Role**: Global People Partner, Market Intelligence
**The Team**: As a People Partner with a fully global remit, you will work with members of the MI Data and MI Credit & Risk Services Operating Committee, senior executives, and people leaders across these two teams. Data Operating team leads a 6K organization across 5 geographies supporting early in value chain where the C&RS Operating Team focus on a niche business line with substantial growth stategy.
**The Impact**: You will consult with these stakeholders on shaping the people plans and priorities for their respective areas. You will serve as an advisor on merger-related operational and cultural integration for both teams, as well as be responsible for executing these agendas and driving core annual people processes in partnership with people leaders. You will be part of a broader distributed People Team for these groups within a follow-the-sun model, servicing our leaders in their respective time zone. You will be looking to take on progressively higher levels of responsibility going forward and will work on a variety of projects to grow your skillset. Implement strategies to drive people leader effectiveness across the team, with focus on managerial capability building. Continue to drive cost effectiveness by employing relevant strategies and achieving or exceeding synergy savings targets.
**Responsibilities**:
Provide Key Business Partnering across areas of Change Management, Organization Design, Talent and Development, Succession Planning, complex Total Reward and Employee Relations issues, with a specific focus on delivering a successful integration for MI-FS and delivering on synergy targets for both teams.
Provide Guidance on People Strategies to senior executives and people leaders, as well as coach and guide them to build and assimilate strong teams in the context of change.
Drive Engagement & Retention while Facilitating Change and Building Organizational Capability - in partnership with Regional People Partners, identify areas of opportunity to drive engagement within the business areas, as well as develop strategies and plan to mitigate attrition risk of key talent. Facilitate talent mobility across the enterprise, facilitating capability building and providing development opportunities across the client teams.
Operational Execution of People Agenda - in partnerships with COE’s and the broader MI-FS People Partner team, drive the execution of core annual processes (Engagement, Performance, Talent, etc.)
**What We Are Looking For**:
10+ years of relevant industry experience. Experience in partnering within a highly matrix organization, financial Industry or large scale data functions.
Bachelor’s Degree in an HR or business-related field or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred. High-level understanding of employment law across various jurisdictions. Business and financial acumen preferred.
A mindset which is nimble, agile, flexible, insight-driven, forward-looking, change oriented.
High tolerance of ambiguity and innate approach to find and create solutions where a path has not yet been laid.
Ability to quickly identify and understand issues and drive towards effective resolution. Comfort with resolving complex operational issues requiring strategic and innovative solutions. Experience of succinctly communicating with senior executives strongly preferred.
Demonstrated skills in influencing and navigating across a complex, highly matrixed global organization.
Ability to partner effectively with a broader People Function, work with Regional People Partners, and to execute without the need for hierarchy and solid line direct report team.
Previous merger experience highly desirable.
Strong analytical and data visualization skills; should be able to understand and leverage complex global data dashboards with foresight.
Strong communication skills. This includes the ability to simplify complex concepts and messages to their essential components and deliver them effectively to a wide range of audiences.
