The People Advisors are part of a global 'Splunk People Operations Team' (SPOT) & act as the first point of HR contact for our employees and managers. Our goal is to support our clients by providing them with effective and accurate solutions and information in relation to all People services, policies, processes and systems queries, allowing our clients to focus on what matters most to them

**Areas of Responsibility**:

- ** This role** is based in India, Hyderabad and largely focussed on the support for the India business, and some APAC support and projects from time to time.
- ** Queue Management**:

- Provide guidance to Splunkers on People related policies, practices and processes, as well as core People programs.
- Answer inquiries in the ServiceNow HR queue, including educating and/or assisting Splunkers about self-service capabilities.
- Responsible for leading, closing and reporting progress on inquiry resolution in a timely manner. Handle client expectations on Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Able to handle responses with communication savvy.
- Support HR Compliance reporting and related regulatory requirements
- Know when to advance issues to People Consultants, CoEs or other partners/vendors for additional support and resolution.
- ** Process Improvement**:

- Work with other SPOT teams, as well as with the People Solutions team to address root cause analysis and improve systems, tools and processes.
- Work with COEs and customers to update and review policies, practices, and tools in order to support and improve self-service with the focus on continual improvement of support to clients.
- Establish productivity metrics, for example: time and quality of resolution, client satisfaction, etc.

**Experience and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree with a demonstrated ability of 7 years in a HR client facing and/or support role
- Outstanding customer service skills (written/verbal communication, emotional intelligence, results oriented) with a continuous improvement mentality
- Ability to solve issues in a conclusive way, exercising good judgment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple HR and other colleagues, partners and clients internationally, as well as government bodies and vendors
- Strong experience with HR Management Systems. (Workday, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Skilled in Google Suites and Microsoft Office
