We are currently looking for dynamic and passionate Program Advisors to join our team.

Job Description: As a Program Advisor, you will be responsible for counselling prospective learners, handling admissions/enrolments, and coordinating training operations. You will be the face of our organization and will play a critical role in helping students achieve their career aspirations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Counsel prospective learners on the various training programs offered by the organization
- Handle the admissions/enrolment process and ensure timely completion of all related formalities
- Coordinate with the training team to ensure smooth training operations
- Provide excellent customer service to students and address any queries or concerns they may have

Meet individual and team targets for admissions and revenue generation - Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update the CRM system accordingly

Qualifications: - A graduate with 1-3 years of work experience in the education industry - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong convincing ability and a customer-centric approach - Well-groomed and presentable - Ability to work independently as well as in a team
