Magic Square apioneering Web3 App Store is looking for a talented and experiencedWeb3 B2B Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This roleinvolves driving sales growth managing client relationships andproviding innovative advertising solutions within the rapidlyevolving Web3 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in B2B sales a deep understanding of the Web3 space andexperience with performance marketingcampaigns.

Tasksand Responsibilities:
  • Manage theentire sales cycle from initial pitch to closing deals with a focuson highvolume sales.
  • Utilize existing clientrelationships to identify and generate new business opportunitiesthrough CPA marketing campaigns.
  • Collaboratewith clients to understand their business objectives and providetailored marketing solutions.
  • Engage withclients via Telegram and video calls maintaining and managing arobust sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintainstrong relationships with founders and Clevel executives acrossWeb3 companies.
  • Monitor client satisfactionpromptly addressing any issues or concerns to ensure clientretention.
  • Continuously update knowledge of thecryptocurrency market blockchain technology and Web3narratives.
TheIdeal Candidate:
  • Minimum of 3 yearsof experience in B2B sales with a proven track record in businessdevelopment and account management.
  • Deepunderstanding of the cryptocurrency market blockchain technologyand Web3 ecosystem.
  • Experience with SaaS emailmarketing or marketing tech sales is highlyadvantageous.
  • Excellent negotiationcommunication and interpersonal skills capable of influencingstakeholders at all levels.
  • Professionalfluency in English with strong verbal and written communicationskills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactiveapproach in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
