Requirements

Responsibilities

  • AssistHR supervisors with the hiring process including posting job adsonline organizing resumes and job applications and schedulingcandidateinterviews.
  • Participatein the interview process and help orient new employees by settingup their workstations email addresses andlogins.
  • Managepayments for SaaS products and maintain accurate accounts andfinancialstatements.
  • Overseethe accurate and timely processing of payroll including taxwithholding bonuses anddeductions.
  • Assistin creating and updating company policies ensuring they arecommunicated effectively to allemployees.
  • Conductexit interviews to gather feedback and insights for improvingemployeeretention.
  • Managethe onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smoothoffboarding process for departingemployees.

Requirementsandskills

  • Zohosuite proficiency in both ZOHO People and ZOHO Recruit iscrucial.
  • Computerliteracy (MS Office applications inparticular).
  • Excellentorganizational skills with an ability to prioritize importantprojects.
  • Strongphone email and inperson communicationskills.
