US HR Associate

Role: HR Associate (US Operations)
Work Timings: 1pm to 10pm (IST)
Work Location: Hyderabad
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the HRMS system, including data input, and employee troubleshooting.
- Accountable to ensure Employee HR records are accurately created and maintained in HRMS.
- Takes complete ownership to close the data administration requests, including follow-up with the requestor to collect missing information and HR documents.
- Maintain efficient service delivery by ensuring transactional requests and assigned inquiries are completed within SLA depending on priority & complexity.
- Working in a highly data sensitive environment, responsible for protecting Data Privacy at all time and adhering to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breach of compliance policies.
- Collaborate with HR team members and IT personnel to ensure the integration and functionality of the HRMS with other systems and applications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRMS-related inquiries and provide assistance to users regarding system usage, access, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data/files to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to HR technology and recommend enhancements or updates to the HRMS system as needed.
- Ready to work on any HR & ad hoc requests.
- Maintain & share HR MIS reports.
Required Skills:
- An ideal candidate would be an MBA HR.
- Prior experience in US HR operations.
- Experience working on any HRMS system.
- Good communication (written/spoken English), computer proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and Email management are the skills required.
