JobSummary:
Asthe Email Delivery Operations Manager at Kasplo you will beresponsible for overseeing the entire email delivery processensuring optimal deliverability rates client satisfaction andeffective team management. This role requires a strategic thinkerwith a deep understanding of email delivery operations clientcommunication and teamleadership.
Responsibilities:
EmailDeliverability:
  • Monitor and optimizeemail deliverability rates to ensure high inboxplacement.
  • Implement industry best practices tomaintain a positive senderreputation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve emaildelivery issues promptly.
ClientSatisfaction:
  • Act as the primarypoint of contact for clients regarding email deliveryoperations.
  • Collaborate with clients tounderstand their unique requirements and ensure theirsatisfaction.
  • Proactively address clientconcerns and implement feedback for continuousimprovement.
TeamManagement:
  • Lead and manage ahighperforming email operations team.
  • Provideguidance mentorship and training to teammembers.
  • Foster a collaborative and positiveteam culture to enhanceproductivity.
StrategicPlanning:
  • Stay abreast of industrytrends and emerging technologies to enhance serviceofferings.
  • Develop and execute strategies toimprove overall email deliveryperformance.
PerformanceAnalysis:
  • Conduct regularperformance analysis of email campaigns and make datadrivenrecommendations.
  • Utilize analytics tools toassess the effectiveness of email deliverystrategies.
CrossFunctionalCollaboration:
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including IT marketing and sales to ensureseamless integration of emailservices.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholdersto align email delivery strategies with businessobjectives.
Compliance:
  • Stayinformed about email regulations and compliancestandards.
  • Ensure that email operations adhereto relevant legal and industry compliancerequirements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in a relevant field.
  • Proven 3 yearsexperience in email delivery operations andmanagement.
  • Strong understanding of emaildeliverability best practices.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
  • Leadership experience with a trackrecord of managing and developingteams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability tointerpret data and make strategicdecisions.
  • Familiarity with email marketingplatforms and relatedtechnologies.

Requirements:
