As a Business DevelopmentManager (BDM) for Digital Marketing and SEO you will play a pivotalrole in our companys growth by converting leads generated throughvarious platforms such as upwork email marketing campaigns directleads etc. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturingrelationships with potential clients understanding their digitalmarketing needs and presenting tailored solutions that align withourservices.
Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage and follow up with leads fromemail marketing campaigns.
  • Qualify leads basedon digital marketing and SEOrequirements.
  • Conduct consultations withpotential clients to understand business goals andchallenges.
  • Articulate the value proposition ofdigital marketing and SEO services.
  • Develop andpresent customized proposals andsolutions.
  • Build and maintain strong clientrelationships as the main point ofcontact.
  • Collaborate with internal digitalmarketing and SEO teams.
  • Provide insights fromclient interactions to enhance serviceofferings.
  • Maintain accurate records of salesactivities and client interactions.
  • Generateregular reports on salesperformance.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum5 years of experience in business development orsales.
  • Strong understanding of digitalmarketing and SEO concepts.
  • Excellent verbaland written communication skills.
  • Ability toarticulate complex technical conceptsclearly.
  • Resultsdriven with a proven trackrecord of meeting/exceeding salestargets.
  • Ability to build rapport and establishrelationships with clients.
  • Confidence inpresenting solutions to diverseaudiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectivelywith crossfunctionalteams.
