GENERAL JOBDESCRIPTION

The main objective ofthe position is to support the sales and marketing function of thecompany with an aim to meet the business plan and objectives.Overall responsibility for the development execution of all longmedium and shortterm sales strategies and programmers ensuringgrowth via achievement of sales targets and achieving companysobjectives in the State/Geography.

LOCATION :(AkolaGulbargaGanganagar HyderabadIndoreJaipurLucknowRajkot ).

ROLES &RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsiblefor building own team and revenuegeneration through team as well asindividually
  • Building andmaintaining healthy business relations with major clients ensuringcustomer satisfaction by providing pre/post sales assistance andachieving delivery and qualitynorms.
  • Understand and forecast market size& segment growth in the state to develop effective strategiesto achieve the desired sales market share and profitability in eachof the segment
  • Give Strategic direction to theSales team to optimize the overall productivity and performanceengraving the company values in the team and aiming at making itthe best managed company in thestate/Geography

EDUCATION &TRAINING

  • GraduatePreferably from Agri/ Rural Development Stream
  • Current or Past Functional AreaAgriculture/Dairy/FoodsFMCG
  • Minimum 5 years ofrelevant experience in sales/B2B
  • Experience inRevenue generation
  • Team Building/ Handling
  • Should have handled client independently
