SEO Executive

JobDescription Role &Responsibilities:

• Develop implementand manage SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility andtraffic across B2B brands.
• Perform detailedkeyword research to identify opportunities for content optimizationand new content development that align with businessgoals.
• Optimize website elements includingcontent meta tags and HTML structure to improve search enginerankings and user experience.
• Collaborate withthe content team to ensure that SEO best practices are integratedinto content creation contributing to the overall content strategywith a focus on SEO performance.
• Use analyticstools to track analyze and report on SEO performance metrics makingdatadriven decisions to refine and adjust strategies asneeded.
• Stay abreast of the latest SEO trendsand algorithm updates to ensure strategies remain effective andcompliant.
• Facilitate SEO training sessions forthe content team to enhance their understanding of SEO bestpractices and ensure a cohesive approach to contentcreation.
• Assist in managing the contentcalendar ensuring that SEO considerations are prioritized incontent planning and execution.
• Work withmarketing and sales teams to ensure that SEO strategies align withbroader marketing objectives and contribute to lead generationefforts.

Education/Experience SkillRequirements:Candidate must have a workingknowledge of::

• Bachelor s degree inMarketing Business Communications or a relatedfield.
• Proficient in the use of SEO tools (e.g.Ahrefs Moz) and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics GoogleSearch Console).
• Solid understanding of Onpageand Offpage SEO principles and the ability to apply these in a B2Bmarket context.
• Demonstrated ability to workcollaboratively with content creators marketing teams and otherstakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with theability to interpret data and insights to inform strategies andreport on SEO performance.
• Excellentcommunication and project managementskills.
