Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager for a full-time senior position in Udaipur. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service, and managing all aspects of the business to ensure profitability and efficiency. Joining ASAP and Accommodation-NO

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must possess strong operations management skills (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional guest service skills, focused on customer satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven leadership abilities to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Experience in inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels without overburdening storage.
  • Skilled in staff training, capable of developing both new and existing employees.
  • Competence in budgeting to oversee financial aspects and maximize profitability.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices to ensure compliance and safety in the kitchen.
  • Ability to plan menus in collaboration with chefs to create appealing and cost-effective offerings.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities to handle any issues that arise swiftly and effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Ensure excellent guest service and address any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Lead and manage restaurant staff, providing training and support as necessary.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as required to maintain stock.
  • Develop and manage budgets, striving to meet financial goals and control costs.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with chefs to plan and update menus, ensuring offerings are both appealing and profitable.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance restaurant operations.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to staff schedules, payroll, and other management duties.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and team meetings to ensure ongoing employee development and motivation.
