Role Description

We seek a proactive and enthusiastic HR & Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team in Udaipur. In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment process, boost employee engagement, and support HR functions to build and retain a talented team of digital marketing professionals.


Your ability to understand the nuances of search engine marketing and the local job market in Udaipur will be critical to identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent who align with our company culture and goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in SEO, PPC, content marketing, and related roles.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and professional networks to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
  • Screening & Selection: Conduct resume screenings, preliminary interviews, and evaluations to ensure candidates meet role-specific requirements and cultural fit.
  • Job Descriptions & Postings: Craft compelling and accurate job descriptions tailored to specific positions and ensure maximum visibility across job boards and platforms.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition and are set up for success.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to promote a positive and collaborative work environment, including team-building activities and employee feedback mechanisms.
  • Policy Development: Support the creation and enforcement of HR policies in alignment with company objectives and local regulations.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition within the digital marketing space.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, and retention rates.
  • HR Support: Assist in payroll management, performance appraisals, training programs, and conflict resolution as needed.


Requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in HR or recruitment roles, preferably in digital marketing or tech industries.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the talent pool and recruitment landscape in Udaipur or similar Tier-2 cities.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and employees.
  • Adaptability: Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in HR software, Ms Office, and Google Drive Products.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing: Awareness of digital marketing roles and skills is a significant plus.
