OverviewAs a GroundStaff member you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficientand safe operation of airport and airline services. You will beresponsible for assisting passengers and providing excellentcustomer service as well as ensuring the smooth functioning ofvarious ground operations.KeyResponsibilities

• Assist passengerswith checkin baggage handling and boardingprocedures.
• Ensure the safety and security ofpassengers and their belongings throughout theairport.
• Coordinate with airline personnel andground service providers to facilitate ontime departures andarrivals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provideinformation about flight schedules airport facilities and travelregulations.
• Manage and resolve customer issuesand complaints in a professional and efficientmanner.
• Perform security screenings and adhereto aviation safety regulations.
• Assist withaircraft turnaround activities such as marshalling towing andground handling.
• Collaborate with the ramp andoperations teams to maintain a safe and organized airportenvironment.
• Conduct preflight and postflightinspections to ensure aircraftreadiness.
• Operate ground support equipmentsuch as tugs tractors and baggage carts in a responsiblemanner.
• Participate in emergency responseprocedures and provide assistance during unforeseencircumstances.
• Maintain cleanliness andorderliness in designated work areas and passengerfacilities.
• Adhere to company policiesprocedures and industry regulations at alltimes.
• Assist in the implementation of crowdcontrol measures and queue managementstrategies.

RequiredQualifications

• High school diploma orequivalent qualification.
• Prior experience incustomer service or airport operations ispreferred.
• Ability to work in a fastpaceddynamic environment with a customercentricapproach.
• Excellent verbal communication skillsand proficiency in regional languages as per the airportlocation.
• Strong problemsolving abilities andthe capacity to remain calm underpressure.
• Good physical fitness and the abilityto lift and move heavy luggage whenrequired.
• Basic understanding of aviationsecurity protocols and safetyprocedures.
• Capability to work in rotationalshifts including nights weekends andholidays.
• Familiarity with computerizedreservation systems and airportspecific software isadvantageous.
