As aSenior HR Business Partner (HRBP) you will be responsible foraligning business objectives with employees and management indesignated business units. The position formulates partnershipsacross the HR function to deliver valueadded service to managementand employees that reflects the business objectives of theorganization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of businessliteracy about the business units financial position its midrangeplans its culture and itscompetition.
Responsibilities
Worksclosely with CXO and employees to drive business outcomes byunderstanding the business goals and challenges aligning HRpracticesaccordingly.
Improvework relationships build morale and increase productivity andretention.
Analyzestrends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to developsolutions programs andpolicies.
Managesand resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effectivethorough and objectiveinvestigations.
Providesdaytoday performance management guidance to line management (e.g.coaching counseling career developmentactions).
DefineOrganization Design & Structure with leaders to make itready for businessneeds.
Identifiestraining needs for business units and individual executive coachingneeds.
Participatesin evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensuresuccess. Follow up to ensure training objectives aremet.
Managethe annual compensation / performance management (PMS) planningprocess including salary reviews incentive programs and bonusstructures.
Analyzecompensation data and market trends to make datadrivenrecommendations for salary adjustments andrewards.
BuildHigh Talent Density by collaborating with business leaders tounderstand their talent needs and growth plans.Identify keypositions and critical talent within the organization
Developand implement succession planning strategies to fill talent gapsand build a pipeline of futureleaders.
Createindividual development plans for highpotential employees to groomthem for leadershiproles.
Utilizedata analytics to provide strategic insights and recommendations todrive HR and businessdecisions.
Leadingchange management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions andfacilitate effective communication across all levels of theorganization
Partnerwith the Talent Management team to provide targeted executivecoaching and leadership development programs for senior leaders andkey talent within theorganization.
Collaboratewith the Talent Acquisition team to strengthen the organizationsemployer brand and EVP ensuring alignment with the company cultureand values to attract toptalent.
Requirements
Minimumof 10 12 years of experience resolving complex employee relationsissues.
Experienceas Strategic partner toleadership.
Workingknowledge of one or more human resource disciplines includingcompensation practices organizational diagnosis employee relationsdiversity performance management and related employmentlaws.
Bachelors degree/master s degree preferred.
Abilityto comprehend interpret and apply the appropriate sections ofapplicable laws guidelines regulations ordinances andpolicies.
Abilityto grasp business concepts its drivers andobjectives.
Abilityto drive outcomes within a committedtimeline.
Stronganalytical and problemsolvingskills.
