PositionSummary

As a Business DevelopmentManager you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercialgrowth of our pharmaceutical API products focusing on the wholeIndia region. You will lead the full sales cycle from demandgeneration to account management targeting companies in biotechpharmaceuticals molecular diagnostics and relatedfields.
Responsibilities
  • Executethe development and implementation of the market plan and growthactions for target markets increase marketshare and profitabilityof products;
  • Establish and develop accountrelationships based on a defined strategy with key targetcustomers;
  • Understand the industry dynamicsmarket and product marketing dynamics and the status of homebasecompetitors organize the sortinganalysis and filling of variousinformation;
  • Work in a crossculture andcrossfunctional environmentbetween product management commercialmarketing and R&D to grow themarket;
  • Strengthen our local presence andprovide local support in a timely and proactivemanner.
Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree or above;
  • Proven track record of successin business development within the pharmaceutical API productsindustry in the India Market;
  • Candidates whohave worked in sales for an internationally recognizedpharmaceutical API company arepreferred;
  • Candidates with extensive experiencein developing and managing key clients pipeline for genericpharmaceuticals in the Indian market arepreferred.
  • Excellent communication negotiationand presentation skills;
  • Energetic motivatedand resultsoriented.
