Requirements :
- Candidates from Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane preferred
- A minimum of 3-6 years of Sales & Business Development experience in the Polymer & Plastic Industries
- CIPET /B.Tech/B.E Polymers, Plastics, Chemical
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Deep understanding of Masterbatches, Speciality Polymers, Plastic Moulding & Machinery.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Confident personality, Proactive attitude, decisive decision-making skills, and a hands-on mentality.
- Excellent communication skills and intercultural understanding.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify, convert, and onboard new customers for growth opportunities and maximize revenues
- Ensure revenue and profitability targets are met in assigned product lines.
- Sustain existing client accounts while exploring new business opportunities.
- Implement, Cultivate, build, and maintain strong customer relationships,
- Timely customer support for trials and development
- Actively engage in ongoing professional and technical development related to Polymer & Plastic processes and applications through continuous education and participation in industry associations.
- Travel Pan India for business activities
