JOBSUMMARY
Responsible to execute review and promote the total MRF& Ecom sales & distribution activities for Milk& Milk Products by extending support to the entire Salesteam with an objective to achieve the business targets and ensurethe implementation of ISO guidelines.

KEYRESULT AREAS

Plan Execute& Promote the MRF & Ecom business and achieve thesales targets as per the business plan.

Build the team in scope towards achieving theorganization objective.

Create theidentity of Brand in the market and increase thevisibility.

Productmanagement (Forecast Availability Listing Merchandising Shelf SharePricing)

Sales management (Targets Margins PromotionsRentals).

Build and deploy a consumer acquisitionmodel.

Monitor & review the distribution/ channelmarketing system/Local Buyers.

Review & identify the business gaps and developthe sales promotional activities.

Develop market intelligence and expansion ofdistribution network.

Ensure toreview and reconciliation of sales realizations & outstandings.

Build and deploy effective marketing plan and executionof BTL activities.

OrganizeCustomer Contract Programs and addressingcomplaints/feedback.

Responsible forplacement of Visi Coolers / Bottle Coolers in theMarket.

Ensure timely supply of products with minimum leakagesdamages & transit losses.

Ensure proper merchandising at MRF Stores.

Ensure the availability of all products / variants /SKU s in the respective MRF s & Ecom channels City / Townwise.

Optimum utilization of manpower & DevelopTeams.

Daily periodical MIS reports.

Coordination with internal teamsi.e. Sales Operations quality Marketingetc.

Effective coordination and compliance of all StatutoryISO and Audit Queries.

Any other workwhich was assigned from time to time.
