Brand Marketing Manager

- CampaignManagement: Plan execute and manage integratedmarketing campaigns across various channels (digital print socialmedia etc.) to drive brand awareness and customerengagement.
- MarketResearch: Conduct market research and analysis tounderstand customer needs market trends and competitive landscape.Use insights to inform brand strategy and campaigndevelopment.
- BrandMessaging: Ensure consistent and compelling brandmessaging across all marketing materials and communicationchannels. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure brandintegrity.
- CreativeDirection: Collaborate with creative teams todevelop and produce highquality marketing assets includingadvertisements promotional materials and content for digital andoffline channels.
- Partnerships& Sponsorships: Identify and managestrategic partnerships and sponsorships that align with brandobjectives and enhance brandvisibility.
- PerformanceAnalysis: Monitor and analyze the performance ofbrand marketing initiatives using key performance indicators(KPIs). Provide insights and recommendations for optimization andimprovement.
- BudgetManagement: Develop and manage the brand marketingbudget ensuring efficient allocation of resources and costeffectiveof marketing activities.
- TeamCollaboration: Work closely with crossfunctionalteams including sales product development and public relations toensure alignment and coordination of brand marketingefforts.
- EventPlanning: Oversee the planning and of brandrelatedevents trade shows and promotional activities to enhance brandpresence andengagement.
- Education:Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Communications or a relatedfield. Advanced degree or professional certification is aplus.
- Experience:5 years of experience in brand marketing or a related field with aproven track record of successful brand management and campaign.
- Skills:
- Strongunderstanding of brand management principles and marketingstrategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketingtools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics social media managementtools).
- Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills with the ability to craft compelling brandnarratives.
- Strong creative and strategicthinking abilities with attention todetail.
- Experience in managing budgets andworking with crossfunctional teams.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiaritywith design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) is aplus.
