Overview:TheJr Key Account Manager plays a crucial role in the organization byassisting the Key Account Manager in managing key accounts andensuring customer satisfaction. They are responsible for buildingand maintaining strong relationships with key clients to achievesales targets and contribute to the companysgrowth.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Assist indeveloping and executing strategic plans to achieve salestargets
  • Build and maintain strong relationshipswith key clients
  • Understand the clients needsand provide solutions to meet them
  • Ensuretimely and accurate delivery of products and services toclients
  • Monitor sales performance and identifyopportunities for growth
  • Prepare reports onaccount status and sales performance
  • Negotiatecontracts and close agreements to maximizeprofits
  • Collaborate with the sales team toachieve better results
  • Handle and resolvecustomer concerns and complaints
  • Stay updatedwith industry trends and marketconditions
  • Conduct regular meetings withclients to review service needs andopportunities
  • Assist in identifying newbusiness opportunities with existingclients
  • Coordinate with internal teams toensure customer satisfaction
  • Attend industryevents and conferences to network and buildrelationships
  • Contribute to the development ofnew products and services based on clientfeedback
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or relatedfield
  • Proven experience in sales or accountmanagement
  • Strong understanding of salesprinciples and customer servicepractices
  • Excellent communication andnegotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask andmanage time effectively
  • Proficient in CRMsoftware and MS Office
  • Ability to build rapportand effective working relationships withclients
