1. Good Knowledge of ERP FarVision Software

2. Preparing calculation of Registry details, interest sheet, and making possession documents.

3. Should be capable to handle the Registry and Possession Process.

4. Candidate should have good knowledge of preparing documentation i.e. BBA, Welcome Letter, Allotment Letter, PTM, TPT, Payment Receipt Possession documents, All types Agreement

5. Maintaining and updating the accounts statement of the clients.

6. Coordination with different departments’ accounts-finance, legal, project team to resolve customer queries and their issues.

7. Interacting with customers for possession-related queries and resolving their issues.

8. Updating fresh booking in the System, issuing of Payment Receipt and Demand Letter.

9. Interaction/handling with customers and associates.

10. Calling on data provided monthly regarding monthly payment collection/Payment follow-up/interest settlement.

11. Generating MIS reports related to Collection, Stock, Inventory, etc.
