Job Purpose:

The incumbent will take care of Trade Marketing activities in the region while ensuring that TM's budget is under control. He / She will be responsible for in-store activities to boost the overall performance of the stores. Will take care of NPD planning & execution. Ensuring asset planning, requisition & Deployment.

What are we looking for?

• A flexible & energetic individual with an experience of 3-4 years of ASM profile.

• Should have a thorough understanding of business & geography

• Should have good analytical skills & budget understanding.

Key responsibilities:

• Trade Promo/Scheme Strategy Formulation

• Increase Direct Reach of Core Brands

• Drive same-store growth through the 5P Strategy to win in the store

• Drive Program Store Expansion and Governance

• Drive Innovation SKUS to deliver growth

• Seed in and Drive the perfect store program

• Track and Drive Execution in-store by partnering with a Merchandising Agency

• Own and drive the extraction building blocks in the region

• Govern Trade Spending for the region

• Formulate a Clear regional Agenda along with central Priorities
