About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Diversity and Inclusion Consultant.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead complex initiatives with broad impact and act as key participant in large-scale planning
  • Support Wells Fargo in our effort to build and promote diversity and inclusive behavior companywide
  • Execute large-scale implementations through all stages of projects
  • Review and analyze complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
  • Review metrics and data analysis, process and technology needs, and track operational performance within Diversity & Inclusion
  • Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring understanding of Diversity & Inclusion policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead a broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Lead projects regionally and with teams globally
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of Diversity & Inclusion experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training or education
