Your day at NTT DATA
NTT DATA Inc-Microsoft Business – Global Offer Management lead is a senior management role, responsible for developing, owning and driving product and service strategies as well as orchestrating productised Microsoft-based solutions across all industries and practices. This will be a newly created group on a key growth area for the company.By using their market focus and expertise, this role ensures that NTT Data Inc's Microsoft based offerings remain relevant, sustainable, compelling and competitive within the markets they are designed to serve and helps identify gaps for future development via a close alignment between NTT Data Inc and Microsoft product roadmaps.
This role will need to orchestrate the growth in the NTT-Microsoft business by working with and influencing the product / services leaders within regions and global practices and the key Microsoft stakeholders. Focus will be across technologies - AI / CoPilot, Azure, Cybersecurity, Modern Workplace
What you'll be doing
Key role and responsibilities:
Own and orchestrate productized MSFT-based solutions across all industries and practices.Align with Microsoft stakeholders on product roadmaps and help NTT practices develop future roadmaps.Analyse current market trends, conduct market research and specify market requirements for current and future products.Productise industry-specific value propositions, assets, use cases and architectures in line with the global portfolio.Gather and prioritise product and client requirements to identify opportunities and to define the product vision jointly with Microsoft counterparties.Take responsibility for the definition, monitoring and management of the lifecycle roadmap for each Microsoft product in the portfolio.Drive growth in the business working with sales and marketing teamsResponsible for continuing product evolution, product enhancements, the introduction of new product features and functions and the retirement of certain products or variations to ensure product relevance and competitiveness.Educate the relevant internal stakeholders on new or enhanced product offering to enable sales optimisation and client satisfaction.Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:Demonstrate entrepreneurial capability in helping rapidly scale a businessPossess a broad understanding of Microsoft products and servicesDemonstrate a sound understanding of the technologies related to product areasDemonstrate evidence of clear analytical thinkingPossess good verbal and written communication skills and be able to interact across all levels in the businessIndividuals should be self-starters, proactive and are able to use their initiativeDisplay an astute mind-set with critical thinking skills, systems thinking and good problem solvingDemonstrate the ability to make strategic and independent decisions that are characterized by logic and good reasoningDisplay the ability to research and produce industry knowledge that is published and presented internally and externallyAcademic Qualifications and Certifications:Bachelor’s DegreeBusiness Management or equivalent QualificationMicrosoft certifications preferredScaled Agile
Required Experience:Extended experience in a similar positionExtended experience in the technology industryExtended track record managing the implementation of new products or product linesSignificant knowledge of Microsoft: Power Platform, Dynamics, Windows, Purview, Intune, Defender, Azure, Copilot
