Role Specifics - Day in the Life1. Conceptualize & write content/copy for different types of brand assets
  • Write long & short form copy for all kinds of communication assets (Marketing communication channels: WhatsApp, email, Push, In apps, SMS)
  • Conceptualizing, ideating and creating 360-degree campaigns
  • Working designers & video editors to provide direction and execute daily brand work and campaigns
  • Impeccable writing skills and command of the English language
  • Good proofreading abilities in addition to being a Grammar Nazi
  • Can work across different mediums and stay on top of trends
  • Succinct, concise copy is the need of the hour

2. Implement Content Strategy with Marketing Thinking
  • Generate creative ideas that build long term, innovative campaigns
  • Effectively planning creative solutions and aiding in defining the scope of work across all verticals along with Head of departments
  • Researching and monitoring Digital & New Media industry trends and competitor offerings to improve current offerings
  • Coordination with all Internal Departments for all the Brand requirements from planning till execution and follow up with the team

Must have skills: 1. Qualification: Graduate / Post-Graduate in Marketing / Mass-Communication / English (Hons.) / Marketing2. Experience: 2 to 4 years relevant for app-based business3. Should have a deep understanding of Digital Content & platforms -
  • You love entertainment and consume ridiculous amounts of content
  • Very high awareness of pop-culture both on and off digital, and also remain aware of the broader zeitgeist
  • Have a strong understanding of the entertainment & e-commerce industry, content creator landscape and functioning of Digital Platforms, E-commerce platforms and social media
  • Should be well adept with global & Indian trends, formats and developments in branded content
  • Should have an understanding of marketing, social and media analytics to shape & optimize content based on performance and learnings
  • Knowledge of Hindi / other languages is a huge plus
4. Be able to conceptualize, develop & implement creative ideas -
  • Able to work across industries and brands, with an aptitude for flexible thinking
  • Should be a storyteller
  • Confident in developing and executing disruptive ideas for the brand
  • Should be adept at creative writing / copywriting / and content strategy
  • Creativity, attention to detail, adaptability and marketing knowledge are required
  • Ability to drive creative direction and vision for multiple projects simultaneously
  • Understanding of all the stages of video content development - (Concept development, production, Influencer concept finalization, shoot, post-production)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments to create something great and function independently if needed
  • Should be able to effortlessly articulate conceptual ideas
