Job DescriptionLead Generation Executive We are looking for a Lead GenerationExecutive for our Organization who will play a crucial role indriving the growth of our business by identifying and engaging withkey decisionmakers in target industries. Your primaryresponsibility will be to identify and generate potential leads forour ERP software solutions. Your goal will be to create a pipelineof qualified leads that can be converted into sales opportunitiesfor our ERP system. JobResponsibilities: Conduct market research toidentify potential target industries and companies that couldbenefit from our ERP system. Use various lead generation techniquessuch as cold calling email marketing social media outreach andnetworking to generate new leads follow up with leads and scheduleappointments for the Demos. Qualify leads by understanding theirbusiness needs pain points and budget constraints. Collaborate withthe sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generationand conversion. Maintain a database of leads and track progressusing CRM software. Collaborate with marketing teams to developleadgeneration campaigns and materials. Stay updated with industrytrends competitor activities and market conditions to identify newopportunities identify define and document critical business needsand qualify control and close opportunities. Provide regularreports and analysis on lead generation activities conversion ratesand pipeline status. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets inthe Domestic market. Establish contacts and build positiverelationships and networks with decisionmakers in the relevantIndustry and its environment and maintain overall planning strategydirection and control of all sales in the allocated accounts; theachievement of agreed sales targets; and the development of futuresales plans. Communicate with customers to ensure that contractualservice agreements and expectations are exceeded. Maintain a highlevel of sales activity. Requirements: Excellent communicationinterpersonal and Presentation skills Strong knowledge of leadgeneration techniques and tools Familiarity with CRM software andlead management systems Ability to understand customer needs andeffectively communicate the value proposition of our ERP system.Selfmotivated and targetdriven with a strong desire to achieve andexceed goals. Good organizational and time management skills ABachelor s or master s degree with a concentration in marketingpromotions advertising sales or business administration ispreferred. 34 years of experience in similar industry leadgeneration or sales in the ERP software industry. ERP softwareimplementation services (or any ERP) sales will be an addedadvantage.
