Should have worked as afulltime Business development or Lead generation specialist for atleast period of 2 years.
Should have some exposure toLinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Passion for Sales is aMUST
Excellent Verbal & Written English Communicationskills.
Should be organized and very detailedoriented
Ability for Data mining
Should have anunderstanding of LinkedIn as a platform and have used SalesNavigator before.
Should be comfortable connecting withprospects on phone and explaining the companys services in targetedspecific countries
Manage nurture and convert leads intosales opportunities. Route qualified and appropriate leads to thesales team for furtherclosure.
Responsibilities:
Asa LinkedIn Lead Generation specialist your role willinclude:
1. Sell by Chat onLinkedIn:
- You will besending out new connection requests to target customers onLinkedIn
- Liking engaging and interacting withtheir content on LinkedIn
- Reaching out openingconversations and building rapport with theseconnections
- Adding their data to our CRM toolHubspot for further lead nurturing.
- Followingthe chat flow as you will be trained at ouroffice
- The purpose of the chat on LinkedIn willbe to book them on a phone call.
- You will besetting up phone Triage calls with theseconnections
- Booking them in for a detailed callwith one of the sales team.
- The number of chatconversations you start progress per day and close will impact thelead generation process
2.Running a Triage Call:
- You will be running a scriptedtriage call with a customer and documenting your discussion in theCRM tool.
- The total number of triage calls youbook and run will be a key performance metric foryou
- Triage calls will be set up with customersfrom LinkedIn and from Webinar events
3. OnlineCampaign :
- Reach outto customers on different onlineplatforms.
- Execute a Demand Generation Campaignwith creative themes
- Your directresponsibilities will include :
- Create highreach to prospect base on LinkedIn on a dailybasis
- Build conversations on LinkedIn (You willbe trained for this inhouse)
- Run Triage calls(You will be trained for this)
- Follow theinternal sales process
