As a Creative Head you are responsible forsupporting the creative lead on incoming event opportunitiesincluding development of innovative creative concepts from start tofinish for use in outgoing proposals and understanding companyvision and design aesthetics helping drive a consistent designsensibility across allevents.
Responsibilities:Collaborate with the creative lead to develop innovative eventconcepts aligned with company vision anddesign aesthetics. Understand projectrequirements and create highquality designs usingAdobe Creative Suite.Produce 3D visualizations and graphics for proposals and clientrequests. Ensure timely completion ofprojects within budget constraints. Providedesign support during event production adhering to clientguidelines. Support the production team withdesign direction during event execution.Lead the proposal process in collaboration with businessdevelopment and client servicing teams. Stayupdated with industry trends and continuously improve designskills. Train and support the design teamensuring quality work and adherence todeadlines. Delegate responsibilities andoversee completion of tasks by team membersRevise and update proposals in a timelymanner. Exhibit extreme attention to detailand strong project managementskills
TOOLS ANDTECHNIQUES: Proficiency inAutoCAD 3DS Max Maya and Adobe CreativeSuite. Ability to create 2D & 3Dgraphic renderings and presentations usingPowerPoint. Indepth insoftware expertiselike 3D modelling texturing lighting modelanimation etc.Oversee graphic and printing needs and Production Files forprojects. Accept and implement constructivefeedback. 2D Software like CDR. Aletc.
REQUIREMENT:
  • Relevantexperience from the event managementindustry.
  • 6 to 10years of experience in designor creative field
  • Min 3 years of experience ina creative leadership role
  • Experience in theEvent Management Industry is an addedadvantage.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativecampaigns and projects.
  • Demonstrated success increating and executing impactfulcampaigns.
  • Proven track record of successfullyleading and managing creative teams.
  • Shouldhave team handlingexperience.
