Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to Managing Director. This is a senior-level, full-time position based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience, with exceptional skills in calendar management, communication, and time management.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 7 years to maximum 10 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional calendar management skills (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent time management skills, ensuring efficient use of time (Mandatory skill).
  • Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities to address challenges as they arise.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in every task.
  • Proficiency in prioritizing tasks to handle urgent and important matters efficiently.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Managing Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle all forms of communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
  • Coordinate and arrange travel plans, itineraries, and reservations.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects by maintaining a well-organized schedule.
  • Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external parties.
  • Provide administrative support during meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items.
