The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Manage Director’s calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
  • Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expenses and reports
  • Organize files, maintain records, and retrieve information as needed
  • Act as a liaison between Director’s and internal/external stakeholders
  • Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality at all times
  • Work on any other task assigned as per the business need

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 4 years experience within a Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant role, ideally within the Healthcare & Lifesciences industry.
  • Energy, Enthusiasm and Executive are key personality traits of ideal candidate
  • You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
  • You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
  • You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
