Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated and driven Inside Sales professional to join our team at People Click Learning. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. This is a great opportunity to develop your sales skills and contribute to the growth of our company.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong sales and persuasive abilities
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software
  • Self-motivated and target-driven


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Generate new leads through cold calling, emails, and other sales prospecting techniques
  • Qualify and follow up on leads to identify potential customers and understand their needs
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to prospects
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Prepare sales reports and update CRM system with sales activities and customer interactions
