Responsibilitiesand Duties:
  • Take overcustomer relationship as soon as the sales are closed/ contract issigned.
  • Coordinate setup requirementsinternally and with the customer.
  • Completesoftware set up onboard customerssuccessfully.
  • Provide training to the customerand then hand over the customer to the customer support team forongoing email and phone support.
  • Maintain arelationship with the customer on a regular basis. Brief them ofnew features.
  • Crosssell and Upsell to thecustomer over time.
  • Responsible for contractrenewals.
  • Own overall relationship withassigned clients
  • Ensure retention andsatisfaction of all assigned clients
  • Aidclients in achieving theirgoals

Qualificationsand Skills At least 2 years of experience in acustomer success/ account managementrole.
  • Must have worked in a SaaScompany in any role/ discipline.
  • Must havesoftware setup training and customer onboardingexperience.
  • Upsell customers to switch tohigher software plans.
  • Excellent computerskills including Microsoft Office suite Gsuite by Google CRM likeHubspot/ SalesForce. You will also be using Excel Word PowerpointGoogle Drive and email.
  • Prior projectmanagement experience. Ability to use modern project managementtools.
  • Experience with at least one of thefollowing: Asana Monday Basecamp Airtable
  • Musthave experience using customer support tools like Zendesk Freshdesketc.
  • Selfstarter Disciplined and Organized toprepare maintain and update your own project plan tasks andreporting.
  • Analytical
  • Demonstrated ability to increasecustomer satisfaction
  • Preferred priorexperience in sales or a track record of achievingKRAs
  • Associate degree orequivalent
