Role Overview:

- We are seeking a results-driven Sr. Manager - Customer Success to join our team in New Delhi.

- In this role, you'll drive business growth through strategic cold calling, manage key accounts, establish partnerships, and expand our market presence.

- This position offers the chance to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing company.

What we're looking for:

Experience: 5+ years in selling Hospitality SaaS products and managing accounts in global markets.

Skills: Proven pre-sales expertise, excellent communication, negotiation abilities, and the capacity to build credibility with executives and technical influencers.

Mindset: A self-starter with a collaborative approach and a knack for strategic thinking and problem-solving.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: Min 5 years in business development or sales, preferably in the hospitality or software/IT industry, with a strong track record.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.

Location: Candidates must be based in New Delhi.

Skills: Strong understanding of software solutions and technology trends, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Language: Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.

Cultural Awareness: Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to diverse business practices.
