Develop and maintain asset management plan for the organization's assets.
Ensure that all assets are properly maintained, repaired, and replaced as necessary.
Manage and oversee the acquisition, disposal, and transfer of assets.
Should have proper knowledge and experience of IT asset tool like Sapphire, Remedy, HPOV, Symphony, Snow, etc.
Monitor and analyse asset performance, including utilization, maintenance costs, and downtime.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to asset management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that asset management practices are aligned with overall organizational goals.
Provide regular reports and updates on asset management activities to senior management.
Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective asset management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to asset management.
Lead and manage a team of asset management professionals.
Verification of assets from tool as well as Physical verification to compliance against procurement and usage.
