Objectivesof the role

  • Providingnecessary information and resources to facilitate a successfultransition for new employees and ensuring a smooth onboardingprocess.
  • Developing and implementingcomprehensive onboarding programs that align with the companysvalues and culture.
  • Coordinating andconducting new employee orientation sessions providing an overviewof the companys mission vision and policies.
  • Serving as a point of contact for new hires addressingtheir questions and concerns and managing the onboardingprocess.
  • Collaborating with the HR the hiringmanagers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition fornew employees.
  • Facilitating the completion ofnew hire paperwork including employment contracts benefitsenrolment and other necessary documentation.
  • Monitoring the progress and integration of new employeesidentifying any challenges and providing support asneeded.
