**Position Title**: Merchant Onboarding executive

**Position Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchant Onboarding Executive to join our team. As a **Merchant Onboarding Executive**, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end process of onboarding new merchants/vendors onto our platform. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.

**Location**: Chennai, India.

**Experience**:1-3 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the onboarding process for new vendors, including initial contact, documentation collection, and verification.
- Conduct due diligence on potential merchants to assess their eligibility and compliance with our company's policies and standards.
- Collect and review merchant documentation, including legal agreements, financial statements, and identification documents, and ensure their accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and sign-offs for Vendor onboarding.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Vendors during the onboarding process, addressing their questions, concerns, and providing timely updates on the progress.
- Conduct training sessions or provide guidance to merchants on our platform, processes, and tools to ensure their successful integration and understanding.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor onboarding activities and related documentation.
- Continuously monitor and improve the onboarding process, identifying bottlenecks and implementing process enhancements for greater efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Should have strong passion for **Sales and Marketing.**:

- **Strong understanding of onboarding processes**, compliance requirements, and risk assessment in a merchant environment.
- Possessing good communication skills in **Tamil, English, Hindi** are must.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and self-driven attitude.
- Need excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, databases, and other relevant software tools. Knowledge on softwares like Leadsquared and Ozontel are preferred.
- Should Possess convincing skills and follow up discipline in approaching vendors and be outcome oriented.
- Working Knowledge of MS office.
- The nature of the job requires some travel both inside and outside of the city, depending on requirement.
